TERMS OF SALE

 

- We reserve the right to revise the pricing of our products at any time and without advance notice.

- When a product is received in a damaged condition it should be reported to us promptly.

- When a discrepancy exists between the quantity or items ordered and the quantity or items received, then we must be notified immediately and in no event longer than 7 business days from receipt of the shipment.

- When a customer places an order online and then subsequently refuses to accept delivery of the order for reasons that are attributable to customer error, the customer can be assessed a restocking fee ($10) and full shipping charges.

- All returns must be pre-approved by us and received within 14 business days of authorization of the return. They must also be mailed via USPS priority mail and we must be provided with tracking information once shipped. We are not responsible for items lost in mail.

- An authorization from us is required for all returns. We may refuse to accept a returned product without our advance authorization.

- We must receive a returned product before a product credit will be issued.

- There is a processing fee on returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping costs ($12.65) on returned products unless shipping costs are waived when we issue authorization.

-These Terms of Sale can be revised at any time should it be determined that it is in our best interests to do so.

-The information and descriptions presented on this Web site are intended as general information, and are not necessarily complete descriptions of every product, indication for use, or contraindication for use.

 

SHIPPING

 

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Shipping. Takes up to 1-3 weeks to ship anywhere in the the world. Priority mail comes with tracking information and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in shipment, please contact USPS for any problems you may have with shipment, if your package is lost contact them for a refund as all packages come insured.

 

Made to Order items have order dates and shipment dates. Depending on which date you order there will be a corresponding date that your item will be shipped. Always read the description of the piece you’re purchasing before purchasing to confirm when your item will be shipped. Shipment of these items can be delayed due to normal issues, if this happens you will be updated via email.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

**Please note, each WEARELITCO product is made to order so each piece is essentially a custom order. Should your piece arrive damaged, we will work out an exchange or refund with you. If you are having fit issues or you simply do not like the way the piece looks once received, we cannot accept it for refund. Please be very sure of your measurements when ordering as refunds will not be processed unless the piece arrives damaged or is absolutely unwearable.
